Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Marques & Co. All our custom pet portrait items are printed on demand and shipped with care. Below you will find the details of our shipping policy.
1. Shipping destinations
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States, United Kingdom, European Union member states, and Canada.
2. Shipping costs
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders, with no minimum purchase.
3. Processing & fulfillment times (handling)
Because each product is custom-made featuring your pet’s unique portrait, orders require a processing and mockup approval phase before entering production:
- Custom Artwork Creation & Approval: 1 to 2 business days. We will generate and email a product mockup for your approval or adjustment request after an internal review.
- Customer Review: Production waits for your approval. Your response time and any requested adjustment are not included in the estimates below.
- Fulfillment & Printing (Printify): 3 to 5 business days. Once you approve the mockup, your item enters production at our fulfillment facility.
- Estimated Handling Time: 4 to 7 business days, excluding the time you take to review the mockup and any requested adjustment (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
4. Transit & delivery times
After production is complete, your order is handed over to our shipping carriers.
- Standard Shipping Transit Time: 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Overall Estimate: Artwork, production, and transit generally total 6 to 12 business days, plus customer review time and any requested adjustment. Carrier or holiday delays can extend it.
5. Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. You can use this to monitor the status of your shipment.
6. EU Safety & GPSR Compliance
For international and EU orders, physical product compliance and safety representation under GPSR (EU 2023/988) are provided via our designated EU Economic Operator:
