Hi, I'm Lucas Marques, the founder of Marques & Co.

I've spent most of my career building things, from electronics, robotics, and aerospace systems to software and digital products. The projects I care about most usually begin with one simple thought:
“I wish this existed.”
Marques & Co. grew from that same idea.

I wanted to create a place for things that feel personal, beautiful, thoughtful, and a little unexpected. Things you would genuinely want in your home, give to someone you love, or keep because they mean something to you. My background is in engineering, but I've always loved art, design, photography, and making things with my hands. Marques & Co. is where those worlds come together. We combine art, design, technology, and craftsmanship to create personal pieces inspired by the things people love, from their pets and homes to their cities, memories, and everyday moments.

Technology gives us new possibilities, but it is not the point. The point is creating something meaningful. I have never wanted sales to be the only reason for making something. I would rather build something because I believe it deserves to exist. Sometimes that means solving a complicated engineering problem. Sometimes it means turning a beloved pet into a Renaissance portrait.

If something we make brings a little more beauty, personality, or joy into someone's life, then I think we made something worthwhile. Thank you for being part of it.
