## Ordering and Approval

1. The customer chooses a product, size, and art style.
2. The customer adds pet details and uploads a clear, well-lit pet photo.
3. After payment, the AI-assisted image pipeline creates the portrait and production artwork.
4. Marques & Co. performs an internal review before sending the product mockup to the customer.
5. The customer approves the mockup or requests an adjustment.
6. Production begins only after customer approval; Printify prints and ships the approved product.

Customers may check out as guests. A customer account is optional and can be used to view order history and manage profile details.

## Shipping and Returns

- Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S., UK, EU, and Canadian orders.
- Artwork creation and initial approval are estimated at 1–2 business days.
- Printing after customer approval is estimated at 3–5 business days.
- Standard transit after production is estimated at 2–5 business days.
- Customer response time and requested revisions can extend the overall timeline.
- Because products are personalized, change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted.
- Damaged, incorrect, or defective orders may qualify for a free replacement or approved refund when reported within 14 days with the order number and photos.
